- Can't get the latest data or getting a "TimeStamp" error.
Answer:
You are likely using the 3-year old version of
FTComm and consequently got no notice that you have expired.
Click here to check
subscription status and to fix the problem.
- FTComm Icon
stopped working.
Start
Task Manager.
This will show if FTComm is already in memory. If so, shut it down.
- My FastTrack or FTComm is
still not working
right!
Answer:
Reboot Windows.

Right-click FTComm and 'Run as Administrator'.

- FastTrack cannot print a chart on a Windows 7 64-bit system.

This puts the chart image on the
clipboard and you can paste it into Word for printing.
Also, consider using
Paint or
Virtual XP under Windows 7.
FT4Web can still print the spreadsheet and issue lists. There are no other known incompatibilities between FastTrack and
Windows 7.
